Well I guess its time for an update! The holidays came and went way too quick! Jeff and I absolutely love the holidays!!! So the day after new years was a sad day for us!! We had to actually get back into our normal lives which considered school and work. Jeff and I had so much fun spending time with each other and family. I have to say christmas the first year is fun but the second time around was WAY Fun!!! I think it was because, lets be honest, two years ago jeff and i were still really getting to know all the details about each other. Although, the first year was pretty dang special too! okay I guess both years were pretty great! Here are some of our pictures over the holidays.

First was Halloween!

 So Jeff and I decided we would be a pig and a big bad wold for halloween.

We talked Jeff's two sisters into being the three little pigs with us.

 This was my family party at my sister sarah's house. We all had pretty awesome costumes!

Time for our birthdays! My birthday was Nov. 20 and Jeff's was the 21st. We love sharing birthdays with each other!

I dont know if i should even be saying this but one of my sisters saw this picture and asked if we were using the presents to cover up our nakedness. Apparently we are a very open family! hahah 

So it may look like I can bak,e but nope I still can't these are rhodes cinnamon rolls and they are amazing! This was the morning of Jeff's birthday. 

This is bad but this is the only picture we took at thanks giving but I am sure thankful for it! We went and had dinner at my oldest sisters house and it was so much fun! I love the time we get to spend with my family they all mean so much to Jeff and I!

Christmas time is here!!

I love christmas decorations! They all turned out great!! Jeff even helped me decorate (while watching ESPN on mute) but he still helped. So once we finished decorating our tree it was like midnight and i was super tired. I kept asking Jeff if our tree looked like it was crooked. Jeff just kept saying no it looks great. When we finally got in bed we just hear a crash in the family room and of course it was our tree!!! I was pretty annoyed but cute jeff cleaned it up with me! 

We were so lucky to spend time with Jeff's family on christmas eve. Jeff's Dad curt elton makes an amazing dinner and even makes the place settings look so beautiful! We had the best almond crusted chicken for our main course and it was amazing!!

 Jeff has three sisters that are pregnant right now! Thats right everyone between my family and Jeff's family we have sevens babies that have come into our lives, and are still coming into our lives, within the last year. Some of us thought it would be funny to take a prego and stuff our shirts!

We got to spend New Years Eve with Jeff's good friends! It was such a blast! we actually played just dance which I have to admit my husband has pretty good dance moves! This cute baby belongs to our friends Peter and Jessie Tolman. She is such a cutie!

For christmas i got jeff Jazz game tickets and I actually went with him. To be honest I really don't enjoy going to basketball games but this one was way fun!

I think i am starting to get lazy with posting all these pictures so I will end this post here. Hopefully I am not busy in the next month so i can post our next adventure. Jeff and I are going to ARUBA with his parents in 4 days!!! we will be gone for 10 days and are so excited! I will try and update our blog with pictures but for now you just get the holidays form the Elton's!

Well Jeff and I have joined the world of blogging! We have had so many fun adventures and blessings in our life that we feel like we should share! Jeff and I got married August 4th, 2011. Boy time flies by! Marriage has honestly been the best decision ever! Just a little update on our lives, Jeff works at chase bank as a teller and he is studying business administration at the U. I am working as a nurses assistant at the U hospital and doing pre requisites for nursing at SLCC. We just recently moved to a home in east millcreek and it is such a fun little house to be living in. We feel so blessed to be where we are at!
We have had lots of adventures this past year like going to newport, celebrating our one year, moving into our THIRD place and a bunch of fun memories. Hopefully i can get the hang of this blogging stuff but for now you can enjoy some pictures!

This was our very first half marathon! We did the Utah Valley half and it was so much fun! Besides the fact that we had to wake up at 2:45 a.m. to drive down to the race it was well worth it if you ask me! If you ask jeff he would not agree. I love running! I was super nervous about doing this race but luckily i was able to convince jeff to run it with me and we ran the entire race together!

Okay so these pictures are of our THIRD apartment since we have been married! We painted our bedroom, kitchen, and hallway so pretty much the entire house! We lucked out getting this place! Its actually a guest house in the backyard of another house. Its pretty big especially for us! It has a large kitchen and living room (with a fireplace) two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It used to be a home form someone who was in a wheelchair so there are some random things you find in the house but other than that we absolutely love it! 

 This was camping up spanish fork canyon with the Eltons this past summer. (you can tell who the real fishermen are)

Another race! my sister in-law and I signed up for the very first big cottonwood canyon half marathon! It was in September which was perfect because the leaves had started changing so running down the canyon was beautiful! I would love to say that this race was awesome but it turns out that it was a steeper run that i thought it would be. We got to the last three miles and I found myself running on my toe because my foot was killing me! This race was a super fast race! I finished this race fifteen minutes quicker than the the utah valley race! After I was in lots of pain because of my dang foot and i had to stop running for two weeks and that killed me! luckily I wasn't too out of shape when I started back up.

 This is was baby #2 out of the 4 babies being born in my family! Molly Layne McBride was born september 29, 2012. She was 7 lbs 1 oz. 

 Priesthood night the Elton girls got together and made halloween wreaths! I am so lucky to have such amazing sister in-laws and especially and amazing mother in law!

 oh boy i am definitely going out of order here but this was the night before we got married at our wedding dinner! Such a fun night thanks to Jeff's parents!

 For those of you who don't know, Jeff and I pretty much share the same birthday! Mine is november 20th and his is the 21st. This was last year in our second apartment! We got to live in my sisters basement and we loved it! 

 First christmas together! our tree was a little small and it died like two weeks after we bought it! I loved it though!
